She has developed a strong interest in psychoeducational assessment, and, in her training, she enjoys assisting families in teasing out a child’s learning style and strengths. She appreciates being able to support children by identifying the support they need to be successful at home and school. Langley is deeply passionate about working with underserved populations and she aims to apply a multicultural lens to all her client work. In her developing therapy, she is invested in working with Black women and adolescents and adults in transition. Ms. Parker has worked with Heartwood Psychology since February of 2020 as the assessment intake coordinator. In this role, she expedites scheduling and helps families navigate the assessment process. She is pleased to be a part of the first step that parents take in making contact with our office, and to support  them by providing excellent communication about our services and scheduling. She also aids testing clinicians with scoring and preparing reports.
